Investigations: A Practical Guide — 1 Colorado General Credit

In this one-hour, November 15, 2022 presentation, Pamela M. Harper, Esquire covers best practices to develop an effective investigation plan. She includes specific interview process protocols and uses pitfall examples to illustrate do's and don'ts in the investigation process. Ms. Harper concludes with essential components to include in the final report and recent examples of investigations that made a significant difference.

At the time of this recording, Ms. Harper was a member of Griesing Law, LLC, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Her expertise included providing diversity and inclusion training, as well as providing strategic advice to clients in connection with compliance and regulatory matters. Ms. Harper received her MBA-JD from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She also received her A.B. (cum laude) from Princeton University. As of June 30, 2023 Ms. Harper no longer practices law.
