At the time of this recording, Ms. Harper was a member of Griesing Law, LLC, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Harper received her MBA-JD from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She also received her A.B. (cum laude) from Princeton University.
