The Virtual Law Office: Important Ethics Rules — 1 North Carolina Ethics Credit

Virtual offices are becoming more and more common among lawyers. There are important ethics rules which relate to them. In this June 26, 2019 1-hour presentation, Patrick M. Connors, Esquire explains those rules and gives practical suggestions for complying with them.

Mr. Connors is a Professor of Law at Albany Law School where he teaches, inter alia, Legal Ethics. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Professional Ethics and a highly-respected speaker, author, frequent expert witness, and consultant on legal ethics.
