Lawyers Working Remotely: The Relevant Ethics Rules — 1 Washington Ethics Credit

This program is one of four short Ethics courses included in our 4.3-hour Legal Ethics Compilation program. You will earn CLE credit by completing EITHER this individual program OR Legal Ethics Compilation. You may not earn CLE credit for BOTH the 4.3-hour compilation and this individual title.

Due to the pandemic, many attorneys are now working remotely, either because their firm/company requires them to do so or because they have chosen to do so.

He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Professional Ethics and a highly-respected speaker, author, frequent expert witness, and consultant on attorney ethics.
