In this one-hour, August 1, 2022 presentation, Pamela M. Harper, Esquire provides a thorough explanation of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, including systemic barriers, bias interrupters and, importantly, practical suggestions for increasing diversity and inclusion.

At the time of this recording, Ms. Harper was a member of Griesing Law, LLC, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Her expertise included providing diversity and inclusion training, as well as providing strategic advice to clients in connection with compliance and regulatory matters. Ms. Harper received her MBA-JD from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She also received her A.B. (cum laude) from Princeton University. As of June 30, 2023 Ms. Harper no longer practices law.
