In this November 1, 2023 one-hour fifteen-minute program, Bruce L. Adelson, Esquire provides a brief explanation of the American Disabilities Act of 1990 and covers important recent cases brought under the ADA, other developments, and trends.

Mr. Adelson is CEO of Federal Compliance Consulting LLC, Potomac, Maryland, and serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Georgetown School of Medicine.
