Family And Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"): Trends And Cases — 1.25 California General Credits

In this one-hour fifteen-minute, November 1, 2023 presentation, Bruce L. Adelson, Esquire dives into the FMLA's many rules and deadlines. On the surface, the Family and Medical Leave Act appears to be an easy law to understand, but the details are important

Mr. Adelson is CEO of Federal Compliance Consulting LLC, Potomac, Maryland, and serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Georgetown School of Medicine. A former senior attorney of the United States Department of Justice, he is the ADA Consultant to the Idaho Supreme Court and to the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts.
